Useful.ish ("we," "us," "our") operates as a curated-recommendations brand across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Linktree, and Etsy (shop: USEFULishFinds), and participates in affiliate marketing programs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it's used, and your choices, when you interact with our social profiles, our Linktree page, our Etsy shop, or click a link we share that leads to a third-party retailer.1. web page we publish. It does not cover the privacy practices of platforms we
link to or operate through - Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Linktree, Etsy, and any affiliate retailer each have their own separate privacy policy, which
governs what happens once you're on their site. We encourage you to review
those policies directly.3. Information collected through our own channelsWe do not currently operate a website with its own account system, checkout, or first-party data collection. Where we do have limited visibility into visitor behavior:- Linktree: our Linktree page may use basic link-click analytics provided by
Linktree itself, to help us understand which links are used. See Linktree's
own privacy policy for what it collects.
- Social platforms: Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook each provide us with
aggregate, anonymized engagement data (likes, saves, click-throughs) under
their own privacy policies - we do not receive your personal information
directly from these platforms beyond what you choose to share with us
(e.g., a direct message).
- No additional analytics or tracking tool (such as Google Analytics, Meta
Pixel, or a Pinterest tag) is currently installed anywhere for Useful.ish.
If one is added to a future Useful.ish web page, this policy will be updated first, disclosing the specific data it collects and how to opt out, before it goes live.4. Etsy purchasesIf you purchase from our Etsy shop (USEFULishFinds), your order, payment, and shipping information is collected and processed by Etsy, Inc., not by us
directly. Etsy's own Privacy Policy (etsy.com/legal/privacy) governs that
transaction. We receive order details necessary to fulfill your purchase
(item, quantity, shipping address) through Etsy's seller tools.5. Affiliate links and cookiesSome links we share (in social posts, Linktree, or elsewhere) are affiliate links - if you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at
no additional cost to you. These links are served through the affiliate
programs and networks we participate in, which place a tracking cookie on
your device to attribute the resulting purchase to us. We do not control or have access to the personal data these networks or retailers collect through
that cookie - see the relevant retailer's or network's own privacy policy for
